Associate Chiropractor

Wise Chiropractic and Wellness is looking for an associate chiropractor to join our growing practice in Spokane, Washington. We are looking for someone who wants to build long-term relationships with patients, grow within a supportive environment, and become an important part of a well-established clinic. This is not a high-volume, adjustment-only position. We focus on quality patient care, strong communication, and creating a positive experience for both patients and staff. We are intentionally looking for someone interested in putting down roots, growing with the practice, and becoming part of the Spokane community long term. What We Offer $100,000 base compensation (structured as a draw) 30% of collections Realistic income potential of $130,000-$160,000+ Established patient base and strong new patient flow Full support staff including front desk, billing, and scheduling Mentorship from an experienced chiropractor Health insurance 401(k) with employer contribution Continuing education stipend Malpractice reimbursement Paid time off Long-term growth opportunity with potential future leadership, profit sharing, or ownership discussions for the right fit What We're Looking For Licensed chiropractor (or ability to obtain Washington license) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Motivated, dependable, and team-oriented Open to mentorship and continued growth Interested in building a long-term future within a growing practice Comfortable in a collaborative, patient-focused environment Schedule Approximately 32-36 patient care hours per week Typical volume of 25-35 patients per day once established About Us Wise Chiropractic and Wellness is a growing chiropractic and wellness clinic in Spokane, WA with an established patient base and strong reputation in the community.
