Job Description

Company Description
COMPANY BACKGROUND
TVG-Medulla, LLC is a multi-site healthcare management organization, with an emphasis on providing managed services to chiropractic providers. Medulla provides managed services such as Sales & Marketing, Billing, IT, HR, and Finance to three chiropractic brands, operating under the names of Chiro One, MyoCore, and CORE Health Centers. Medulla is comprised of 830+ employees, with corporate headquarters in Oak Brook, IL and 150+ clinic locations in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Missouri, Kansas, Kentucky, West Virginia, Texas, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. Our vision is to inspire and empower people in our communities to heal, live and function better.
Job Description Washington State Licensed Chiropractors and Clinic Directors:
Join a team of 150+ chiropractors and clinics where both skill and performance are recognized, rewarded, and celebrated. The Pacific Northwest continue to be a strong, steady market for patient demand—and we're intentional about who we bring into each clinic. This is a role for a chiropractor who wants to focus on patient care, utilize and grow their clinical confidence, and be part of a team that's built to support.
What your days look like:
You'll step into a clinic designed for flow, where your focus stays on patient care. You'll evaluate patients, review imaging, deliver adjustments, and guide care plans that evolve with progress You won't be managing everything alone. Clinical Techs support patient flow, exercises, and scheduling, while on-site imaging allows you to assess, diagnose, and treat in real time. Between visits, you'll collaborate with your team, track outcomes, and stay connected to each patient's progress.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary + performance bonus (paid biweekly - Starting base salary varies by experience, role, and clinic) Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid malpractice insurance PTO + holidays 401(k) Paid, structured onboarding and training No Franchise or buy-in fees - Zero financial risk What you'll notice once you're here: You're not operating like a solo practitioner. A full corporate support structure handles billing, operations, HR, and compliance—so your time stays centered on patients. Care is built around outcomes. With imaging and a clinical support team in place, you can move efficiently from assessment to treatment to progress tracking—without relying on one-size-fits-all care plans. And you're not doing it in isolation. You'll be part of a broader network of chiropractors—people you can learn from, collaborate with, and grow alongside. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic Degree Licensed in the state of Washington, or in process of licensure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, specifically while working with patients Proficient with technology and comfortable using multiple applications including
