LifeClinic Summary At LifeClinic, our mission is to restore, maintain, and optimize human function and performance. As a chiropractor here, you'll provide adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercises inside Life Time facilities. We're already in 75+ locations and on track for 200.

This position is also eligible for a monthly incentive based on achievement of monthly performance metrics, with total cash compensation potential of $150,000+ per year.

e. demos of our soft tissue technique) Excellence with patient communication Job Duties/Responsibilities Clinical Care Perform chiropractic adjustments and Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) tailored to each patient Design and guide patients through rehab exercise programs, monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed Patient Acquisition & Relationship Management Conduct outreach and direct marketing to Life Time members and prospective patients Present personalized care plans (including financial and scheduling options) and build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up Administrative & Operational Maintain accurate, timely SOAP note documentation Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals for integrated care delivery Preferred Skills & Competencies Strong clinical knowledge: spinal/extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehab exercise protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfort promoting services and converting consultations into ongoing care Familiarity with EHR and scheduling software Ability to balance clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented with a commitment to a high-quality, empathetic patient experience Benefits Complimentary Life Time family membership ($350+/month value) Medical, Vision, Dental Benefits 3 weeks of PTO/Sick Time Malpractice Insurance Short-term Disability 401k with annual discretionary match Nationwide relocation potential Life Time is a place for everyone.
