Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in computer science, laboratory technology, a healthcare related field, or equivalent experience; or licensed nursing credentials (LPN or higher) 2-4 years of related experience Familiarity with the most current technologies and products utilized in the industry
Job Summary:
Discover a rewarding career at Arcare. We are seeking an EHR Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, organizing, and executing all EHR functions within the organization. Your primary duties will include analyzing EHR operations, supporting and maintaining existing applications, and developing new technical solutions to meet customer requirements. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in improving workflows and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources for analysis. Analyze data using statistical tools to identify trends and patterns. Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data insights. Stay updated on data analysis tools, software, and industry trends. Document processes and findings, identifying areas for process improvements. Analyze business needs and recommend technical solutions for EHR operations. Maintain and enforce standards and procedures for implementing technical solutions. Follow detailed timelines for application releases and monitor project progress. Represent the IT function at customer review meetings. Skills & Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for creating clear reports and visualizations. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong understanding of EHR systems and technical solutions.
