About us: Raised $8.5M in seed funding from Quiet Capital, Susa Ventures, Neo. In our first three months, we've partnered with 11 neurology and endocrinology clinics across 5 states to deliver care to over 5,000 patients at full capacity. We've stood up legal infrastructure to operate compliantly in all 50 states. Our CEO, Tienlan, was sponsored by Masayoshi Son to do frontier health AI research at Berkeley. Role Work directly with the CEO to assist in operating the infrastructure of the company: recruiting, systems, legal/compliance, clinical partnerships, clinical team management. Run our clinical hiring pipeline end-to-end: sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding RNs and LVNs. Take work off the CEO's plate. Raise the bar of Foresight Health's company culture and performance. Qualifications You've built something from scratch: a startup, a product, or a major initiative with real outcomes. Perfectionist with ability to iterate fast. Strong technical literacy.

Compensation:
