Shift:

Dayshift Monday- Friday 8:30am - 5pm.

Location:

Supporting our teams in Volusia, Flagler, Seminole, Orange and Osceola Counties. Hybrid position out of the Central Florida area. Develops and implements strategies to improve

ratings and ACO REACH or MSSP quality outcomes. Ensures compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations and accrediting bodies. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and maintains respectful relationships. Utilizes working knowledge of Epic or other EMR systems to support clinical staff and adjust workflows related to quality measure closure. Learns quickly and works with minimal supervision. Collaborates with practice managers, providers, and clinics to enhance quality measures. Acts as a subject matter expert on HEDIS quality measures. Works on quality reports to ensure prompt closure of measures through supplemental submission to payors. Educates and supports clinical teams in workflows to close quality measures. Interfaces with payers and maintains current knowledge of contracts, compliance requirements, and incentive programs. Assists in the evaluation and submission of patient care data from Epic or other EMR systems to payor portals. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Demonstrated computer skills in MS Office Products; particularly Excel [Required] Creativity, problem solving and tolerance for detail are essential attributes. [Required] Excellent critical thinking and analytical abilities [Required] Demonstrated ability to communicate by reading, writing legibly, speaking, and comprehending English effectively in order to carry out job requirements. [Required] Must be willing to commute to other Well 65+ practices to offer support when needed [Required] Experience with computers and EMR systems [Preferred] Super user in Excel being well versed in pivot tables, look ups, etc [Preferred] Proficient in PowerBi, Qlik or other analytic software [Preferred]

Education:

Associate [Required] Bachelor's in computer science, business, decision & information science, finance, healthcare administration, or other relevant discipline [Preferred]

Field of Study:

Work Experience:

1+ of experience [Required]
