Claims Analyst

Job Description

• Run and analyze Veradigm/Allscripts reports (daily + monthly)
• Pull and review:

Daily:

payments posted, charges entered, claims released

Monthly:

aging reports, A/R trends (increasing vs. decreasing)

• Perform ad hoc data analysis to identify:
• Unpaid or underperforming payors
• Missing or unsent claims
• Variances in reimbursement trends by payor
• Compare payor performance:
• Analyze payment % across payors
• Identify lower reimbursement trends and flag discrepancies
• Work with procedure code and reimbursement data to identify gaps
• Support/report into dashboard reporting initiatives (Power BI/Curve exposure a plus) Utilize Excel heavily for analysis, reporting, and data manipulation We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.

• 3-5 years experience in:
• Claims processing
• Practice management
• Healthcare revenue cycle / billing
• Hands-on experience with Veradigm/Allscripts reporting
• Strong Excel skills (data analysis, trend identification)
• Proven ability to:
• Analyze A/R and claims data
• Identify payor issues and revenue leakage High School Diploma required
• Bachelor's degree (can be flexible with strong experience)
• Exposure to Power BI / dashboard reporting tools Experience analyzing payor trends and reimbursement patterns at scale
