Summary DataPath, Inc. is seeking a Management Analyst to conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Includes program analysts and management consultants.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Gather and organize information on problems or procedures. Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures. Ensure project results meet established requirements for technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost. Support the administrative and business operations of the project. Gather and analyze data about organizational operations to identify areas for improvement. Apply acquired skills to perform routine tasks and complete assigned work with limited autonomy, following clearly defined procedures. Maintain ongoing coordination with colleagues across the organization to ensure the effective and efficient utilization of resources, planning, and execution. Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements:

BS or BA degree from an accredited university. 10+ years of relevant management experience as an analyst. 5+ years of relevant Department of Defense (DoD) contracting experience. Experience conducting research and compiling data from multiple sources to understand existing operations and identify problem areas. Demonstrated ability to analyze data to pinpoint inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or areas for improvement. Strong ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings effectively. Proficiency with data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
