Job Description

Job Description:
$17.00/hour Scope of Position
  • To provide data entry, outreach and administrative support to program staff Essential Functions
  • Perform filing and file audits
  • Perform timely and accurate data entry
  • Assist with tracking and reporting program data and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Contact customers to schedule meetings, testing, etc., provide reminders and follow up on customer employment status
  • Document all customer contacts and services provided
  • Assist program staff with onsite events and activities
  • Organize and update training provider information
  • Create and update flyers and other promotional materials
  • Work confidently with technology and leverage tools such as AI applications and other software solutions for document and workflow creation and revision
  • Other duties as assigned Education and Experience Requirements
  • Experience in answering and making phone calls in a courteous, efficient manner
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Must be computer literate and possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Typing skills preferred
