Job Description
Essential Functions Follow all company Policies and Procedures, Quality and Environmental Management Systems (QMS & EMS), Kawasaki Production System (KPS) and any other legal and compliance regulations that may apply such as OSHA. Provide general administrative support to the Quality department. Assist in implementation and flow of departmental procedures. Compile and prepare documents and reports pertaining to the Quality department. Process, record and maintain data including such information as work instructions, first article submissions, engine and part returns, sort and rework sheets, Assembly changeover sheets and Engineering changes. Communicate with internal and external parties to answer questions, disseminate or explain information. May update and maintain the Quality Management System document and data control system (such as ISO9001, AS9100, etc.) under the direction of the Management Representatives. Qualifications for the

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education/Experience HS Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) with one year of clerical experience in a position related field. Computer Skills Display appropriate proficiency with computers and computer applications, including: spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), word processing (e.g. Word), presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint), databases (e. g., Access, contact management software), internet/intranet (e.g., browsers, search engines), special applications (e.g., AS400, Crib master), and e-mail; can diagnose and correct minor issues with hardware and software as needed in order to maintain records or create material.Mission:
