Full-Time Shift 1 Job Description Under the direction of the Supervisor (Manager) Clinical Information, this position processes and maintains clinical record documents and clinical records filing from the point of admission through discharge; processes request for clinical record information from outside parties. Education And Credentials High School Diploma or GED is required. Experience 1 year of previous clerical experience and filing skills are required. 1 year of experience with Microsoft Operating Systems (Email, Word, Excel, etc.) preferred.
