Job Description
We're looking for an Analyst who will work for local Risk applications changes. Libra Legacy project aims to decommission underlying local applications in cross functions domain as part of the Wholesale Risk Models implementation. Project is being kicked-off; therefore, a detailed systems analysis is required to further progress IT scope and Roadmap. Support of other change initiatives prioritized in the Portfolio will also be required. Cross functions teams are organized in PODs (Agile/ Scrum). What you'll do Analysis of the Data Flows and Data sourcing of the in-scope applications for the Models eg - not limited to: Anadefi, Akido, BDP, OGR, NMC, in relation with System Analysts/ System owners of these Applications and Architects Formalization of the Systems Data mapping Analysis of Data Lineage for best Data Quality Formalization of the Technical requirements for involved PODs Participate in Testing strategy, elaborate Test cases and participate to Testing activities Participate to Agile ceremonies Precise Reporting of achievements/ Estimates to complete will be required Participate in Team meetings Report to IT PM and wider governance structure when required What you need to have to succeed in this role Senior Business Analyst skills preferably with experience in Risks/ Finance/ Loans Data Strong analytical mind, rigorous, ability to synthesize Professional oral & written English is mandatory, fluent French would be an asset Experience working with dynamic, highly collaborative teams: close consultation will be required Good interpersonal skills, autonomous and proactive What we offer Competitive salary Annual performance-based bonus Additional bonuses for recognition awards Private medical care Life insurance As an HSBC employee, you will have access to tailored professional development opportunities to ensure you have the right skills for today and tomorrow.
