This is accomplished, in part, through the assignment and acceptance of projects that are beneficial to the experience and assessment of the caregiver's skills.

The position is responsible for:

1) the execution and completion of projects assigned to the role; 2) assisting other caregivers related to their ongoing assignments and projects; 3) serving as a resource to other organizational members; and 4) consulting with supervisors and staff as needed. This position has no direct patient care contact, has access to confidential employee/organizational information and will function as a business partner in collaboration with other department and organizational members.
