QUALITY ANALYST
HYBRID, must be able to travel to 3031 NESTEPHENS ST. ROSEBURG, OR 97470 EMPLOYMENT TYPE

The Quality Analyst role requires a strong foundation in data systems, including Tableau, claims processing platforms, and electronic health records (EHR), to support simple to moderately complex data queries and conduct analysis to identify trends and actionable insights. The position also requires a solid understanding of public health principles to appropriately contextualize findings and support meaningful recommendations for quality program improvement. This role is responsible for evaluating program performance and assessing overall effectiveness. The primary function of this position is to analyze data, interpret results, and recommend data-driven improvements to support quality and performance outcomes.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and evaluate quality metric performance; develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to support reporting for internal and external stakeholders. Analyze, interpret, and present quality data, including outcomes and trends, to internal teams, committees, and community groups. Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and quality control processes. Maintain and update Tableau dashboards in accordance with reporting cadences; communicate key findings to the Quality Department. ConductREALD/SOGI
analyses to identify disparities and support targeted improvement strategies. Perform evaluations of priority measures in alignment with established workplans and organizational goals. Support the development and implementation of standardized evaluation frameworks, methodologies, and documentation practices. Lead data analysis and reporting for Performance Improvement Projects (PIPs), including outcome measurement, monitoring, and statewide reporting requirements. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to quality measurement and reporting to ensure consistency and compliance. Analyze performance trends and monitoring measures to assess progress toward targets and identify opportunities for improvement. Support National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) activities, including data analysis, reporting, and readiness efforts in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Contribute to Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to ensure compliance with quality standards and continuous improvement efforts. Assist in the annual QAPI evaluation, including updates to program documentation and workplans. Conduct ad hoc analyses to support population health initiatives and organizational quality improvement priorities. Participate in cross-functional meetings and committees; prepare materials, present data, and document key updates as requiredCHALLENGES

Bachelor's degree in public health, Health Administration, Epidemiology, Data Analytics, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-4+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, quality improvement, or program evaluation. Experience developing evaluation plans, defining outcome measures, and assessing program effectiveness. Experience working with healthcare data sources, including claims data, electronic health records (EHR), or care management systems. Experience analyzing healthcare data, identifying trends, and translating findings into actionable insights. Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau or similar tools. Knowledge of healthcare quality measurement, performance metrics, and quality improvement principles. Experience supporting quality initiatives such as Performance Improvement Projects (PIPs), Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement (QAPI), or accreditation/reporting requirements (e.g., NCQA). Strong technical writing skills with the ability to develop clear, concise reports and documentation for varied audiences. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data effectively. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and maintain insurable driving status. Must be excluded, suspended, or debarred from participation in federal healthcare programs (e.g., Medicare/Medicaid).PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in public health, Health Informatics, Epidemiology, or related field. Experience in a health plan, Coordinated Care Organization (CCO), or Medicaid environment. Experience withREALD/SOGI
data and health equity or disparity analysis. Experience with advanced program evaluation methodologies (e.g., logic models, performance frameworks, continuous improvement cycles). Knowledge of NCQA standards and state/federal quality reporting requirements. Experience with population health or community-based initiatives. Proficiency in SQL or other query languages for data extraction and analysis. Experience participating in cross-functional committees or stakeholder groups. Ability to assess the impact of analysis across diverse populations, including communities of color. Experience working in diverse teams with varying communication styles. Bilingual or multilingual skills are preferred.SCHEDULE
