Job Description

Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to support a large-scale data collection and migration initiative. This project is ideal for an individual who enjoys working with data, reviewing documentation, and ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will assist with gathering, validating, and organizing critical customer and contract information to support the implementation of a new enterprise system. Much of the information is currently stored in paper files and spreadsheets, requiring careful review and accurate data entry.

ResponsibilitiesReview customer contracts, agreements, and related documentationExtract key information from paper and electronic recordsEnter and validate data within Excel templates and tracking toolsCapture and organize customer informationVerify data accuracy and completeness throughout the migration processAssist with consolidating information into a centralized databaseCollaborate with project coordinators and local branch contacts to resolve data discrepanciesMaintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information
