Join CAP Global Works, LLC as a Healthcare Analyst

  • Intermediate to join our team. This is your opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your analytical skills and healthcare expertise can make a real difference. About the Role As a Healthcare Analyst
  • Intermediate, you'll take on a key role in supporting our operations at OMAP
  • Fiscal Management, 625 Forster Street, Harrisburg, PA 17120 . Working independently with occasional guidance from senior experts, you'll manage analytical, operational, and project management tasks that drive efficiency and innovation. This position operates on a 7:30 AM
  • 4:00 PM shift , with a 1-hour meal break.
Key Responsibilities In this role, you'll: Manage and support departmental projects, including PMO functions. Maintain detailed project documentation, timelines, and work plans. Analyze processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reduction. Develop training materials to support staff onboarding and professional development. Prepare executive-level reports and presentations to aid decision-making. Conduct cost-benefit and budget analyses to support financial planning. Track program performance metrics and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Resolve complex, cross-functional customer issues with a solutions-focused approach. Support data collection, surveys, and industry reporting initiatives. Actively participate in meetings and stakeholder discussions to drive collaboration. What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who brings a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills. To excel in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree . At least 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry , with a preference for health plan or pharmacy experience. In-depth knowledge of healthcare operations, including enrollment, claims, customer service, and appeals. Strong project management experience and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint). The ability to create polished, executive-level presentations. Experience with Medicaid/Medical Assistance is a plus but not required. ️
