This role is essential in ensuring accurate MDS completion, regulatory compliance, and optimal reimbursement across multiple facilities. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented Registered Nurse with strong expertise in the RAI process, PDPM reimbursement, and skilled nursing regulations who enjoys mentoring facility teams and driving strong clinical and financial outcomes. Ensure accurate completion and timely submission of all MDS assessments . Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance with state and federal reimbursement guidelines and clinical documentation standards. Educate facility teams on regulatory updates, reimbursement changes, and MDS best practices . Collaborate with administrators, Directors of Nursing, MDS coordinators, and interdisciplinary teams to improve clinical and financial outcomes. Support facilities in optimizing Case Mix Index (CMI), PDPM reimbursement, and quality measures . Assist with process improvements and training initiatives to strengthen clinical reimbursement performance across the region.
