Pediatric ABA Services Job Overview:
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services to children and families in a fully remote setting. This role includes conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs, providing caregiver training, and ensuring clinical excellence. Candidates must reside in Georgia or within 50 miles of the Georgia border to meet Medicaid enrollment requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise RBTs in accordance with BACB and payer requirements Review clinical data and adjust treatment plans as needed Provide caregiver training and support Complete clinical documentation and progress reports Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification in good standing Must reside in Georgia or within 50 miles of the Georgia border Experience providing ABA services to pediatric clients Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment
