BCBA (Part Time/ Full Time)

Role Overview This opportunity is ideal for a BCBA seeking either part-time or full-time work in a supportive environment where clinical quality matters. You'll oversee client programming, support BT/RBT staff, collaborate with families, and help strengthen a growing clinical department. What You'll Be Doing Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Oversee ABA services in home and community settings Provide supervision and mentorship to BTs/RBTs Review client data and make programming updates Lead parent training and caregiver collaboration sessions Maintain compliant, timely clinical documentation Support client retention and continuity of care Collaborate with leadership on staffing and growth needs Help build strong clinical standards across the organization What We're Looking For Active BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field Strong clinical judgment and ethical standards Experience supervising BTs/RBTs Strong communication with families and team members Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Service Area Current client needs are throughout South Orange County, including: Mission Viejo Ladera RanchLake ForestAliso ViejoRancho Santa MargaritaWe are also open to candidates available in other Orange County areas.
