Job Description
NHC HomeCare & Hospice is seeking an experienced Clinical Informatics Analyst to serve as a key liaison between clinical operations and technology. This fully remote position plays an important role in optimizing clinical workflows, supporting electronic health record systems, and driving process improvement initiatives across our home health and hospice services. The ideal candidate will have experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) , a strong understanding of home health and hospice operations, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, operational, and IT teams. Serve as the subject matter expert for Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and related clinical applications. Analyze and improve clinical workflows to enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experience. Support system testing, upgrades, implementations, and optimization efforts. Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training. Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support clinical and operational decision-making. Partner with stakeholders to promote workflow standardization, data integrity, and continuous improvement. Experience working with Homecare Homebase (HCHB). Knowledge of home health and hospice operations, workflows, and regulatory requirements. Experience supporting EHR systems and clinical applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and training skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
