K About Our Client:
Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client, a growing healthcare services organization expanding its provider data and claims documentation team. This department supports high‑volume audit requests and ensures accurate, compliant communication with providers.
Job Description:
The Provider Management Analyst will review provider and patient information, validate documentation tied to claim audits, and ensure accurate processing of outbound requests. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistent productivity, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment after training.
Key Responsibilities:
Review provider details, patient information, and required documentation for claim audit requests. Confirm that submitted medical records and billing documents align with internal system data. Prepare and send 17-20 email requests per day while maintaining accuracy and quality. Communicate issues or discrepancies to leadership promptly. Redirect misrouted requests to the correct recipient in a timely manner. Support team members and supervisors to meet department goals. Maintain confidentiality of PHI, PII, and all sensitive information. Make outbound calls as needed to obtain missing information or clarify documentation. Work through assigned queues to identify, review, and process incoming requests. Help prevent compliance issues by ensuring documentation accuracy and adherence to privacy standards.
Qualifications:
Experience with outbound calling or customer communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with medical terminology preferred. Understanding of HIPAA guidelines. General administrative or office experience (healthcare preferred but not required). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and maintain consistent productivity. Must have a private workspace for remote work.
