Job Description

Provider Partnership Team Lead
Role Overview:
The Provider Partnership Team Lead supports corporate strategies by combining business knowledge with technical expertise to drive data-informed decision-making.
Work Arrangement:
  • Remote - This role is fully remote, and the associate must be able to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
  • Must have reliable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
  • Internet reimbursement may be available w required by applicable regulations
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver data-driven solutions, including reports, datasets, and analytics across key business areas
  • Translate business requirements into both ad hoc and recurring reporting solutions
  • Review and validate work produced by Analysts and Senior Analysts to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure the integrity and reliability of source data and reporting outputs
  • Analyze results and provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Support strategic initiatives by identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities through data analysis
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support business needs and operational improvements
  • Provide guidance and oversight to analysts to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, Information Science, or related field required.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in data reporting or analytics within the healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of medical claims (inpatient and outpatient) and billing processes
  • Experience with provider network operations preferred
  • Demonstrated experience presenting insights to senior leadership and external stakeholders
Skills & Abilities:
  • Proficiency with data and reporting tools such as SQL, SAS, or Microsoft Access
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into business recommendations
  • Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and validation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to guide and mentor team members
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
