26069 Position Summary Performs in-depth analysis on clinical outcomes data in order to develop clinical process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities- Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness
- Evaluates patient care data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards
- Performs a variety of tasks
- Leads and directs the work of others
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
- Typically reports to a head of a unit/department
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function
- Competent to meet age specific needs of the unit assigned Requirements and Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a nationally accredited nursing program required
- BSN and 5 years of clinical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and clinical experience
- Experience with Performance Improvement concepts, principles and practices required
- Experience teaching, coaching, facilitating, and collaborating with others to achieve group or team learning objectives required
- Experience in data management and measurement processes
- Previous experience, or willingness to learn, regulatory standards and applications Working Conditions
