REMOTE (anywhere in the US) CSI Companies is hiring a Remote Healthcare Data Operations Analyst for our Fortune 100 healthcare client in Minnetonka, MN. This job can be worked from anywhere in the US as long as you have high speed internet and a distraction-free home office area. Job Summary The Remote Healthcare Data Operations Analyst is primarily responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of critical data across systems, including ensuring client specialist data remains current and reliable.
Pay:
$25+ an hour based on experience.
Hours:

Job Duties:
Resolve data-related issues by updating records, researching discrepancies, and leveraging multiple data sources Apply specialized data updates to ensure records remain accurate, complete, and compliant Perform cross-system data validation to maintain consistency and integrity across platforms Execute data updates in alignment with established requirements while meeting defined service level agreements Support system configuration activities before and after implementation (go-live) to ensure proper functionality Collaborate with care organizations to gather, update, and clarify data requirements Requirements Associate's degree or higher 2+ years of experience supporting end-users or managing operational data in a technology-driven environment Experience working with provider network operations or within a healthcare network environment Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a matrixed organization Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas for data analysis, comparison, and standardization A reliable high-speed internet connection (the faster the better!) Ability to pass a background check and drug test Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace in a room with a closed-door Highly Preferred Large corporation experience Health plan / managed care / healthcare industry experience
