The Team As a Strategic Program Executive, you will lead and manage the execution of contracted work and customer relationship plans to achieve revenue goals, while overseeing a team to ensure organizational and customer objectives are met.
You Will Be Serving as domain expert on The Craneware Group's software platform for patient data integration and management.
Evaluating business processes and researching root causes to improve customer quality and profitability.
Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends in complex data sets.
Acquiring and abstracting data from internal and external sources.
Collaborating to develop and implement data collection systems for optimal efficiency and quality.
Executing functional and analytic assessments and project requirements.
Conducting quantitative and qualitative interviews.
Performing departmental shadowing and observations.
Analyzing processes and data.
Guiding process, resource, and system improvements for customer programs.
Staying current on industry issues, regulations, and technology.
Participating in developing proactive and automated monitoring tools.
Recommending technical improvements for applications.
Coordinating with relevant parties on performance, reprocessing, and special projects.
Consulting and optimizing remediation efforts for other teams.
Performing user acceptance testing.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and managing competing resources.
Interpreting data and developing recommendations collaboratively.
Developing graphs, reports, and presentations of project results.
Performing basic statistical analyses for projects and reports.
Generating routine and ad hoc reports.
You Will Bring Strong understanding of healthcare/hospital environments, including 340B and Revenue Integrity Programs.
At least one year of experience in a health-related field or transferable skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to quickly learn new products, features, and business objectives.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and general computer systems.
Capable of building effective relationships across departments and with customers.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Accounting, Information Management, Healthcare Information, Computing, Mathematics, Statistics) or equivalent experience; minimum 6+ years in a health-related area.
