Job Description
Location:
8435 Stemmons Bldg. Primary Purpose To leverage expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and SailPoint technologies to design, implement, and maintain secure access controls within a healthcare environment. The role aims to safeguard sensitive patient information, ensure regulatory compliance, and streamline access processes, thereby supporting optimal operational efficiency and data security across the healthcare system. Minimum Specifications Education- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Information Systems, or other related fields. Experience
- Must have six years of experience in an information systems security domain, with focus on Implementing Sailpoint Identity Now.
- Experience with Active Directory integration and administration.
- Experience in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Java, PowerShell) for customizations and automation.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, RBAC, and healthcare compliance requirements. Equivalent Education and/or Experience
- May have an equivalent combination of education and experience to substitute for both the education and the experience requirements. Certification/Registration/Licensure
- Must have SailPoint IdentityNow Certification (May obtain within 6 months of hire)
- CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications (desired) Required Tests for Placement Skills or Special Abilities
- Proven experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions, with a focus on SailPoint IdentityNow, within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management principles, RBAC, and healthcare compliance requirements.
- Experience with Active Directory integration and administration in healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of MFA solutions and their implementation in healthcare environments.
- Familiarity with Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts and tools in a healthcare context.
- Experience in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Java, PowerShell) for customizations and automation.
- Knowledge of security standards, compliance frameworks, and best practices, including HIPAA.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across healthcare and IT teams.
