Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring Clinical Documentation Meets Quality And Regulatory Standards; Working With Medical Professionals To Clarify Documentation.Skills:
Clinical Knowledge, Attention To Detail, Knowledge Of Healthcare Compliance. Required Experience- 2-5 years of CDI experience
- Candidates with less than 6 years of experience preferred
- RNs with CDI experience are eligible Technical Requirements
- Experience with CDI software
- Experience with EMR systems
- Strong knowledge of Epic
- Knowledge of ICD-10 coding system Key Responsibilities
- Review and improve clinical documentation
- Ensure accurate DRG assignment for patients
