CDI Specialist (Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist) Remote 6 months contract wit possible extension 13 Openings
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring Clinical Documentation Meets Quality And Regulatory Standards; Working With Medical Professionals To Clarify Documentation.
Skills:
Clinical Knowledge, Attention To Detail, Knowledge Of Healthcare Compliance. Required Experience
  • 2-5 years of CDI experience
  • Candidates with less than 6 years of experience preferred
  • RNs with CDI experience are eligible Technical Requirements
  • Experience with CDI software
  • Experience with EMR systems
  • Strong knowledge of Epic
  • Knowledge of ICD-10 coding system Key Responsibilities
  • Review and improve clinical documentation
  • Ensure accurate DRG assignment for patients
