Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide individual psychotherapy services to residents in assisted living communities throughout South Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment while making a meaningful impact on seniors' quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Provide individual psychotherapy to geriatric patients. Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and community leadership. Maintain compliance with Medicare documentation and billing requirements.
Requirements:
Active Florida LCSW license in good standing. Currently enrolled and credentialed with Medicare (required). Experience working with older adults or in geriatric behavioral health preferred. Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills. Reliable transportation for local travel between communities.
