Seeking a detail-oriented person with a bachelor's degree in the human services field (psychology, social work, sociology, etc..) to join our clinical records department as the Clinical Records Internal Auditor. This position is responsible for auditing clinical files to ensure compliance with our regulatory agencies, accrediting bodies, and internal policies and procedures. Communicating findings to other departments is a key component of this position so strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. Good computer skills are needed to navigate our electronic health record, compile reports, and complete other administrative tasks. Must be very organized with a high level of integrity and confidentiality. Must also possess time management skills and the ability to comfortably handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
