Job Description

SUMMARY LPC/LCSW
is responsible for providing direct clinical services intake, assessment, treatment planning, and outpatient psychotherapy to consumers of Mind Rehabilitation and Resource Center, Inc. This service is aimed at improving the client's overall mental health and generating increased community wellness. The
LPC/ LCSW
will practice in an ethical manner, work with colleagues and clients with respect and will be subject to supervision of his/her activities and will generally perform the job in a normal office or community environment. Full and part-time positions available.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform assessments, conduct treatment plans, and complete calocus and locus on new and existing clients Provides supervision of clinical staff and ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and agency policies and procedures Monitors counselor's compliance with productivity requirements and develops improvement plan when requirements are not met Ensures quality client care; conducts treatment plan reviews as needed Assess level of care for clients; conducts treatment plan review as required Participate in reviews ensuring adherence to policy, best practices, and regulatory requirements May also be involved in crisis intervention and work as a liaison within community Ensure documentation in the clinical record is legible and complies with documentation standards Prepare and present monthly reports to Director outlining agency's productivity and performance improvement adherence.
