We are building a long‑term stabilization model for individuals navigating addiction, mental illness, homelessness, and systemic barriers. We are seeking a compassionate, licensed clinician to join our team on a PRN/contract basis . Ideal candidates are already enrolled as Kentucky Medicaid providers . This role is perfect for clinicians seeking flexible hours, meaningful work, and the opportunity to help shape a growing program.Responsibilities:
Provide PRN/contract clinical services within scope of license Support trauma‑responsive, client‑centered care Participate in treatment planning and documentation Collaborate with a small, mission‑driven teamOptional:

Active Kentucky license: LCSW, APRN, LPCC, or LCADC Active Medicaid Provider ID strongly preferred Experience with COD/SMI populations is a plus Commitment to trauma‑informed, equitable careCompensation:
