The Quality Management Specialist supports quality assurance and improvement activities by addressing complaints, incidents, quality of care concerns, provider compliance, audits, and death reviews in accordance with state and federal mandates and company policies and procedures. Reporting to the Chief, Quality and Clinical Compliance Officer, this role collaborates with clinical staff, leadership, and contracted providers, reviews clinical records, conducts monthly provider audits, supports corrective action planning, develops monitoring tools, and analyzes data to identify trends and best practices. The position serves as a key liaison to providers, communicates urgent concerns timely, participates in meetings and trainings, and may require minimal local travel.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Human Service or related field
  • Must have 3+ years clinical experience in mental health and/or substance abuse setting and/or experience in a Quality Management role
  • License preferred (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LPC-I)
Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with 2-3 days in office
