FFSC provides an array of quality-of-life programs to active duty, reservists, retirees, and their families to enhance personal and family resiliency. Family Advocacy Program (FAP) case management includes the identificion, reporting, safety planning, psychosocial and risk assessments, trement planning, trement, referral, and follow-up of intime partner violence and child abuse allegions for active-duty military members and their families. Cases may involve multiple difficult and complex family problems including dual diagnoses, violence and impulsivity, suicidal and homicidal ideions and/or tempts, and a variety of other mental health problems. The applicant also provides assessment, safety planning, case management, trement, and referral for Problemic Sexual Behavior in Children and Youth (PSB-CY). The applicant facilites support groups, offender trement, and seminars/training focused on both prevention and intervention. The applicant occasionally provides individual, couples, family, and group counseling to active-duty personnel and their families. Clinical counseling typically addresses life stressors, family dynamics, and adjustment to military life. Clinical counseling includes the psychosocial assessment of individuals, development of trement plans, trement delivery, and approprie referral. The applicant also occasionally provides Sailor Assistance and Intercept for Life (SAIL) case management, including assessment, safety planning, and care coordinion for active-duty personnel with suicide reled behavior. Plans, develops and implements programs designed to foster positive healthy relionships within the family structure. Develops and maintains professional standards of service, community referral resources, and a close network with other service providers. Performs other duties as assigned. Ability to present sensitive, times controversial, informion to groups of people in a clear, concise manner. Knowledge of dynamics and diagnostic skills necessary for family violence identificion, risk assessment, and safety planning. Ability to effectively interview and clinically respond to the needs of clients including assessing suicide, homicide, and substance abuse. Ability to communice in writing to develop and prepare case management documention, safety plans, psycho-social assessments, trement plans, correspondence, and reports. Knowledge and ability to use a personal computer and a variety of software programs to develop multi-media presentions and to facilite work assignments. Must be able to communice clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing in English with all levels of management, staff, community agencies, military personnel, and their families. Educion A master's degree or doctore in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling or Clinical Psychology or reled field from an accredited institution from any US Ste. Have and maintain a current and valid ste clinical license th permits the incumbent to function as an independent health practitioner and fully meet and maintain the Tier II or Tier
