Mind Balance Flow is seeking a licensed therapist with a strong somatic and trauma-informed background to provide preparation, therapy, and integration services as a key member of our clinical team Overview Mind Balance Flow is a physician-led ketamine-assisted therapy practice located in Livermore, California, serving patients throughout the Tri-Valley and East Bay. Founded by Dr. Elyas Parsa, DO, our practice combines evidence-based medical care with somatic and contemplative approaches to healing. We are seeking a California-licensed LMFT or LCSW who is passionate about trauma-informed care, somatic therapy, and the emerging field of ketamine-assisted treatment. This is an opportunity to work closely with patients seeking meaningful transformation and to collaborate directly with a physician in an innovative, integrative clinical setting. Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy sessions with a somatic and trauma-informed approach Conduct pre-ketamine preparation sessions to establish safety, clarify intentions, and identify treatment goals Facilitate post-ketamine integration sessions to help patients process experiences and apply insights Collaborate closely with Dr. Parsa on treatment planning and clinical coordination Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation within Osmind EHR Participate in clinical consultations and case reviews Support development of future group therapy and integration programs as the practice grows Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining professional clinical standards Qualifications and Skills Required Active California LMFT or LCSW license in good standing Credentialed and paneled with Big Leap Health EMDR Somatic Experiencing Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Other body-based therapeutic approaches Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles Excellent clinical documentation and writing skills Ability to work independently while collaborating within a small clinical team Professional interest in ketamine-assisted therapy and integration work Preferred Training in psychedelic-assisted therapy through MAPS, Fluence, CIIS, or similar programs Psychedelic integration training or certification Familiarity with Internal Family Systems (IFS), parts work, or related modalities Experience working in integrative, holistic, or non-traditional mental health settings Personal or professional experience with contemplative practices, mindfulness, or meditation Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Flexible scheduling and caseload development Private, fully equipped therapy office in Livermore Direct collaboration with a physician-led treatment team Ongoing clinical consultation and professional development opportunities Opportunity for growth as the practice expands services and programming
Pay:
