Core Responsibilities Provide strong clinical and case management leadership Maintain the highest quality provision of direct individual and group therapeutic and case management services Complete Adult Initial Assessment, Discharges, and Progress Notes Collaborate in the development and provision of clinical trainings Assist in involving patients in daily activities and scheduled appointments, budgeting, facilitating socialization, health and housing maintenance, community integration, and achieving life recovery Other duties as assigned Qualifications or Requirements Master's in field of social services with at least 3 years of experience working with marginalized populations Experience working with the homeless, substance abuse, mental health/ with dual diagnosis population Work at a traditional housing facility Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred As required by the County of Los Angeles, all ANS employees are required to be fully vaccinated or to have an approved medical or religious exemption by the Company.
