Job Description

As our Program Supervisor role, you will advocate for justice-involved clients and strengthen our community by providing evidence-based clinical services and supervision. You will directly supervise a multidisciplinary team of therapists, case managers, and peer specialists to help develop their skills and foster positive treatment outcomes for clients. As our Program Supervisor you will carry a small caseload around 10-15 cases and co-facilitate group therapy sessions. In addition, you will represent the Justice Services program in legal and community settings in Boulder County.
Job Profile:
Do you have experience presenting information to justice services teams, providing updates and information in court and to community partners? Are you experienced in managing multiple tasks, caseloads, and information? Do you have a collaborative and growth mindset? Have you had experience supporting staff/clients in navigating complex procedures and legal issues?
What We Need:
Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field Two (2+) years of experience in a relevant Supervisory role Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed PhD or PsyD Experience in Community Mental Health or Justice-Involved Populations Experience with
