Sign-On Bonus Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus Stable weekday schedule (no overnights) Rural setting with strong community impact Work in a structured residential program Opportunity to grow clinically and professionally About the Role P3SG is hiring a Clinical Therapist to support individuals in a behavioral health and substance use treatment program . This is a hands-on, patient-focused role where you'll provide therapy, develop treatment plans, and support individuals through recovery in a residential setting . We're looking for someone who:
  • Is passionate about helping others
  • Has strong clinical judgment
  • Can manage a caseload independently
  • Is comfortable working in a structured, team-based environment What You'll Be Doing Provide individual, group, and family therapy Conduct assessments, intakes, and treatment planning Manage an assigned clinical caseload Support patients through recovery and discharge planning Participate in team meetings and clinical collaboration Respond to crisis situations as needed What We're Looking For (Required) Master's degree in Social Work or related field Active license ( CSW, LPCA, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, etc.
) Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in behavioral health or substance use Experience working with complex or high-acuity populations Ability to manage documentation and meet compliance standards Important Role Expectations This position is onsite in Manchester, KY (rural location) Candidates must be comfortable working in a residential environment Before You Apply This role is best suited for: Experienced, licensed clinical therapists Candidates comfortable working onsite in a rural setting Those who enjoy working with substance use and behavioral health populations Apply Today We are actively interviewing qualified candidates.
