Nonprofit social services organization specializing in supportive housing and behavioral health services Requirements Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or a related field Minimum 1+ years of direct clinical experience supporting adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders Experience working with high-acuity, chronically homeless, or medically vulnerable populations Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, harm reduction principles, and co-occurring disorders Job Duties Provide clinical consultation and guidance to case management teams supporting high-risk tenants Conduct risk assessments, safety planning, and support crisis intervention efforts as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external providers to coordinate care and support housing stability Deliver training and coaching to staff on trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and behavioral health topics Support tenants with complex needs using strengths-based, developmentally appropriate approaches Assist with psychiatric and substance use-related emergencies, including hospitalization and discharge planning Maintain accurate documentation in EHR systems and participate in case conferences and team meetings

Additional Information Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday; flexible start between 7:00 AM-10:00 AM, 8.5-hour workday; no on-call requirements)

Duration:
