Come work for our Behavioral Health Services Division at Riverside Community Care! We have a great opportunity to join our outpatient team in Lynnfield providing counseling via telehealth, in office, and in the community! You will be able to work in a supportive small team atmosphere while also working as part of a larger organization that is a leader within the mental health care industry. Our ideal candidate will be excited to work with older adults in the community, doing home visits, and coordinating with Mystic Valley Elder Services. An ideal candidate will have experience working with older adults and open to becoming a specialist and resource for our other clinicians working with this population. Training and supervision provided. Our dynamic outpatient program is a great place to learn and grow in your career as a therapist. Our team has a broad range of specialties including: child and family therapy, substance use treatment, working with elders, exposure therapy, and more! Riverside offers an outstanding staff training program including free CEUs/CEs in Social Work, LMHC, LMFT, Nursing and Psychology. Riverside also offers excellent clinical supervision, strong billing and administrative supports, and career advancement opportunities!
Schedule :
Full Time, 40 hours Offering a flexible schedule, ability to conduct some work via telehealth, and a competitive salary!
Pay Rate:
Unlicensed Clinician
  • $61,800.12/salaried Independent Licensure

Required Skills Must have excellent communication, clinical and organizational skills Basic computer fluency (including Microsoft Office) required Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle Required Experience Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling required. Clinical degree must provide a path to independent licensure or must have current LADC I. Independent licensure strongly preferred (LMFT, LICSW or LMHC) At least 1 year experience working with older adults in a clinical or non-clinical setting required.
