Clinician Position Summary, FULL-TIME Job Openings Responsible for assessing providing therapeutic services to individual clients and families and case consultation with involved parties as part of a small collaborative outpatient clinic. Minimum Requirements for the

M.S.W , M.Ed, Ed. D. Ph.D., Psy.D or similar degree License /
Certification:
LICSW or LMHC preferred (or eligible and working toward independent licensure)Years and Type of Experience:

visual acuity to written and computer screen data, manual coordination and dexterity in the operation of office equipment and ability to drive a car. Essential Position Functions 1.Provide assessment, individual, family, and group therapy services to assigned caseload as needed. 2. Provide case consultation and case management services for clients. Regularly communicate with all involved parties and attend related case conference meetings. 3. Develop treatment plans for all assigned cases, and regularly maintain all required clinical records, and other paperwork in a timely manner including: initial treatment plan, progress notes, quarterly reports, and discharge summaries and other records as required by specific funding sources (Ie:
MassHealth). and refer for medication consultation as needed. 4.Conduct intake evaluations as assigned. Assess client risk (including selfharm/suicide), risk and need of mandated reporting suspicions of abuse/neglect to the Department of Children and Families. Provide court testimony as required. 5.Attend regularly clinical supervision; present and discuss at case conferences for review. 6. Participate in shared weekend oncall rotation. 7. Maintain licensure (as needed) and relevant requirements and keep on file with agency. Follow guidelines of licensing board. 8.Adhere to Cutchins Programs for Children and Families Rules, Standards, and Ethics Policy. 9. Adhere to Cutchins Programs for Children and Families Privacy Practices.
