Develop personalized treatment plans Maintain detailed and compliant medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations while ensuring accuracy in medical records and clinical research data collection. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including social workers, case managers, medical professionals, and educators to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to expand access to mental health services while adhering to confidentiality standards. Qualifications Master's degree or higher in psychology, social work, counseling psychology, or related clinical field from an accredited institution. Valid licensure or certification as a licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), psychologist, or equivalent credentialing recognized within the region of practice. Demonstrated experience in psychotherapy techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, addiction counseling, grief counseling. Experience working with diverse populations Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health and experience documenting clinical notes following HIPAA guidelines. Strong skills in patient assessment, case management, group therapy facilitation, and clinical research methodologies. Telehealth experience is highly desirable for expanding service delivery options across various settings.
