Job Description

Job Overview Children's Mental Health Services is seeking a Behavioral Health Practitioner to support clients in schools and the greater community in Itasca County and the surrounding area. BH Practitioners provide direct services to clients and families, follow documentation guidelines set forth by MN DHS, and attend meetings and training to stay up to date with the best strategies and supports available. Responsibilities Provide CTSS (Children's Therapeutic Support Services), consultation, and possibly Case Management to clients and families Develop and follow written assessments and plans for clients with support from a Clinical Supervisor Maintain records according to HIPAA guidelines Complete documentation in accordance with MN DHS guidelines and timely filing restrictions Attend all required meetings Other duties as assigned
Pay:
From $36,000.00 per year
