Provide case management and lead groups in Substance Abuse Treatment Program. Successfully manage caseload and coordinate services for up to 50 patients. Provide individual counseling with excellent record keeping Familiar with Person-Centered Planning and Comprehensive Clinical Assessment Participate in on-site Clinical Supervision on a weekly basis
