Job Description

This shift works Sunday - Thursday 2PM - 10PM and works in person at a location in Ironton, Ohio. Exact location will be given upon hire to protect client confidentiality. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated CMS for a full-time position. The ideal candidate will provide support and assistance to individuals struggling with substance abuse disorders.
Duties:
Conduct case management with clients as needed Maintain accurate and confidential client records Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care Monitor and document client progress
Qualifications:
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations Experience in outpatient settings and crisis management Ability to manage medical records accurately Knowledge of clinical research methodologies This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals' lives through addiction recovery.
