Associate Therapist (Full-time)

We are a growing, quality-driven group practice seeking an Associate Therapist who values collaboration, ethical care, timely documentation, and professional growth. What You Can Expect Hybrid schedule (in-person and telehealth) Full-time position with a target caseload of approximately 25 client sessions per week Consistent weekly schedule within practice operating hours (Monday-Friday) Individual and group clinical supervision Administrative and billing support Professional, collaborative work environment SimplePractice EHR provided Clear documentation expectations with timely completion of clinical records

Compensation Clinical Rate:

$32-$45 per clinical hour, based on experience and qualifications

Administrative Rate:

$18 per hour for approved administrative duties

Estimated Annual Earnings:
