We are looking for clinicians with at least two years of psychotherapy experience who are passionate about providing high-quality mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults (ages 4 and up). This is a hybrid opportunity with in-office availability preferred. Clinicians are expected to provide some in-person services at our Montebello office, with additional flexibility for telehealth services based on clinician preference and client demand. Responsibilities include conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, providing psychotherapy services, maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation, and adhering to all legal, ethical, and professional standards of practice.

Qualifications:

Active California LCSW or LMFT license in good standing Minimum of two years of psychotherapy experience preferred Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills Current professional liability (malpractice) insurance or ability to obtain coverage prior to providing services Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of clinical care Preferred areas of experience include anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, ADHD, child and adolescent behavioral concerns, family and relationship issues, grief and loss, and life transitions.
