Job Description
Licensed Therapist - Somatic / Experiential 1099 Independent Contractor | Hybrid | Golden Valley, Minnesota The Freedom of Private Practice. The Support of Community. At Soul Centered Therapy, we believe meaningful clinical work happens when therapists feel supported, trusted, and free to practice in alignment with their values. We're a growing group practice specializing in somatic, experiential, and psychedelic-assisted therapy. We're looking for deeply aligned clinicians who are passionate about healing, lifelong learning, and helping clients create meaningful change. Many therapists reach a point where they want greater autonomy without sacrificing consultation, community, or opportunities for growth. We're building a practice that offers both. Why Therapists Join Us You may be a great fit here if you've ever thought: I want more freedom in how I practice, but I don't want to do it alone. I love therapy, but I'm tired of spending energy on billing, credentialing, and administrative tasks. I want consultation that is honest, supportive, and clinically meaningful. I want to continue growing as a therapist, not just maintain a caseload. I'm curious about psychedelic-assisted therapy and want thoughtful mentorship as I explore this work. I want to be part of a community that values depth, authenticity, humility, and genuine connection. We care deeply about the self of the therapist. Our goal is to create enough trust and relational safety that clinicians can bring uncertainty, complexity, and growth edges into consultation without fear. We believe excellent therapy grows from ongoing reflection, curiosity, the courage to be imperfect, and a willingness to keep learning.
