We Handle the Rest. Gemas Psychotherapy and Counseling Services is a growing group practice serving clients throughout California via telehealth and in-person at our Torrance office. We are seeking Registered Associate Psychotherapists who are passionate about providing high-quality care and who want to grow in a structured, supportive, and collaborative environment. At Gemas, clinicians are supported so they can focus fully on clinical work instead of paperwork, billing, or insurance stress. What You Will Do Provide individual therapy Provide couples and family therapy Work with children and adolescents if desired Provide services in-person and/or via telehealth Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation What We Provide $35.00 per hour compensation Ongoing marketing to consistently build and maintain your caseload Steady referral stream Full administrative support Insurance verification completed by our team Claims submission and billing handled entirely by our team No responsibility for collections or insurance follow-up Client scheduling and communication support Malpractice coverage Supervision provided for unlicensed associates We fully cover and manage your Psychology Today profile to help support your caseload growth.
