Job Description
Job Summary We are currently seeking a licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) to join our clinical team. This is a full-time position ideal for a motivated and compassionate therapist who thrives in a rehab setting and is passionate about making a meaningful impact in clients' lives. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive client intakes and assessments Provide individual and group therapy sessions (follow-up sessions) Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Enter DSM-5 diagnoses and maintain proper clinical records Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (Case Managers, Medical Staff, Program Directors) Utilize KIPU system for documentation and reporting Support clients through their recovery journey in our rehabilitation program Requirements Active AMFT registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) Experience working in a rehab / substance use disorder (SUD) setting (strongly preferred) Familiarity with KIPS documentation system Strong knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria Strong knowledge of ASAM criteria diagnostic criteria Excellent clinical documentation and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Compassionate, professional, and recovery-oriented mindset
Schedule Full-Time :
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Hybrid / On-Site arrangement
