Job Description
You don't wait for first responders to ask for help. You go to them. Most therapists work in offices. You'll work in firehouses. Patrol briefings. The passenger seat of an ambulance. Alongside the people who run toward emergencies — and rarely talk about what that costs them. Frontline Solutions Group is a startup built around a single mission: making sure the people who protect our communities have someone in their corner. Not a hotline. Not a wellness checkbox. A real clinician who understands occupational trauma, speaks the culture, and shows up before the crisis does. This isn't a high-volume outpatient grind. It's a mixed caseload designed with intention — traditional therapy sessions and embedded community presence through agency partnerships. You'll build relationships, not just treatment plans. If you're a licensed trauma therapist who's tired of waiting rooms and wants work that's genuinely different — specialized, autonomous, and meaningful — this is the role you didn't know existed. FSG is growing. The mission is urgent. The community needs you. This is a fee-for-service contractor role and you control your hours and availability. Frontline Solutions Group is a specialized behavioral health practice dedicated to serving frontline warriors: law enforcement, fire, EMS, emergency communications, veterans, corrections, emergency management, and healthcare professionals. We are the "911 for the 911 community," providing critical mental health support to those who dedicate their lives to protecting and serving others.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Frontline Solutions Group is seeking part-time Licensed Clinicians to provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy to first responders. This is not a typical outpatient therapy role. Our clients are law enforcement officers, firefighters, paramedics, dispatchers, and other frontline professionals who face occupational trauma daily and who often resist seeking help until they're in crisis. The right clinician for this role doesn't just treat symptoms; they meet clients in their world. Clinicians at FSG carry a mixed caseload: scheduled outpatient therapy sessions billed through insurance, and contract-funded clinical engagement tied to our municipal agency partnerships (station visits, ride-alongs, peer support team consultation, critical incident response). This flexibility is by design and it allows our clinicians to build genuine relationships with the first responder community rather than waiting for people to come to them. This role is ideal for a licensed trauma therapist who wants to do meaningful, specialized work in a growing practice with the autonomy of a contractor arrangement and the support of a clinical team behind them.WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT
Most therapy practices keep clinicians in the office. FSG clinicians go where the work is: Periodic station visit engagements with contracted agencies to build presence and trust, scheduled per contracted scope As-needed clinical consultation for peer support coaches on active situations, per contracted scope Participation in critical incident stress debriefings alongside the FSG peer team Potential involvement in hostage negotiation coaching, simulation support, and specialized agency training Clinical backup for cases involving treatment access navigation, FMLA coordination, and first responder-specific system challengesCONTRACTOR ENGAGEMENT

Hours are flexible and project-driven. You will be paid an hourly rate for contract-funded activities. Invoicing submitted per agreed billing schedule. A contractor services agreement will be required prior to beginning any work. A Business Associate Agreement (BAA) will be required given access to protected health information (PHI). A Level 2 background check (fingerprint-based) is required prior to engagement. You must carry your own professional liability (malpractice) insurance as a condition of engagement.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
